I recently had a chance to visit the project. I have to say that it's very interesting and my mind was already made up, but I may have to discuss it with my wife a bit. Personally, I'm kind of like a 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms villa with a private swimming pool and a beautiful garden. Plus, there are 2 more cars parking and the usable area is almost 260 sq.m. Well, it's a fully furnished pool villa with only 8 million baht. On top of that, there are a fitness center and security staff. Above all, the location is great, only a 5-minute drive from Hua Hin Airport. Hua Hin Beach and the Golf Club aren't far away. No doubt, this is a good value for investment. I need to hurry up and talk to my wife.
