Beautiful house design, high-grade materials, but not very private

The building design is well-designed in a modern style. The interior is quite luxurious. The house I live in is a 2-story detached house with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 car parking spaces available, which is sufficient. Anyway, I am not very impressed with the exterior design. The back of the house is separated by a wall of trees, which is not very private. You have to wait for the trees to be bigger than this. There is a private swimming pool and a small garden to relax in. The project is located on the main road and 10 kilometers far from Chiang Mai Town.

I was looking for a house in Chiang Mai, and I found it here. I think it is an interesting project. The price is quite high compared to other projects in Chiang Mai, but I think it's worth it judging from its quality. There are three types of houses; four-bedroom and five-bedroom ones, so it is suitable for living as a family. The one we are interested in is a 4-bedroom type, which is enough for our family members. Moreover, every house has a private swimming pool, which is very special as the additional system helps us relax. Good job! The location here is not in the center of Chiang Mai. The good thing is that it's quiet and very private, but a slight disadvantage is that the commute may not be as comfortable as in the city, but it takes only 20 minutes to get there. For those who are making a decision must hurry because this project has only 39 houses!!

I am very impressed with this project from having visited the sales gallery. I love the design here, it's unique, and the atmosphere around the project is private, peaceful, and secure with strict security. It is also convenient in terms of travel because it is not far from tourist attractions or the convenient sources where we can travel to use the service. Moreover, there are many complete project facilities, which made life convenient. Palm Springs Privato is a quality project in Hang Dong. All in one place.

The location of the village is excellent, next to the main road and close to Kad Farang and Chiang Mai outlet mall. I really like the design of the house in the project. Super beautiful and modern, spacious interior area. Also, the house layout is functional and luxurious. The interior color's scheme is cream and white with marble materials. It comes with a small private pool behind the house. The project has a limited number of units at high prices. Our neighbors are lovely and make a great community. Unfortunately, the project's masterplan is a bit cramped, with not much space left for the common area.

It is neatly decorated, making the house look airy, comfortable, and very pleasant to live in. However, the house area is a bit small, and I cannot decorate the garden as I want. The advantage here is that it is quiet and not chaotic. It is also not far from the city, and you can easily use the main route into the city, only 20 minutes.
