Luxurious House in British style.

The project's single-detached house is a luxurious British style that made me think of Europe. There are many house types from 3-5 bedrooms. Each house is spacious, not crowded, especially the 5-bedroom type at about 400 SqM. The furniture is exquisite and modern. There is also a strong security system here. More importantly, Thonglor is considered a lovely area. It is also a hub for business, making this area has constantly been growing. Unfortunately, This place is quite far from Thonglor BTS, about 2 kilometers. Walking there wouldn't be convenient. I want to recommend you to have a private car; it will be easier to travel if staying here.

Baan Klang Krung is a luxury single-detached housing project constructing a townhouse style with 6 floors, designed and decorated in quality. It is reasonable and worth the price. The house interior is decorated luxuriously and spectacularly. Every piece of furniture looks beautiful. Moreover, the house also has a private elevator, a private garden, a rooftop terrace, and modern appliances. Besides, the location is also located on the main road in the city center of Thonglor area. It is easier to spend life in the city and easily accessible everywhere. Overall, it can be considered as a detached house. Apart from that, the location is also situated in the prime area.
Excellent condo in CBD area

I have lived here with my family for over ten years. I decided to stay here because of its location, close to my workplace, and my kid's school. The location here is considered the most prosperous area in Bangkok, surrounded by famous restaurants and shopping malls. In terms of transportation, this place is suitable for people who have their car as this place is around 1 km away from BTS station. But if anyone doesn't have a car, don't worry. In front of the alley, you can easily catch a motorcycle taxi and taxi service. The house that I stay in is a spacious three-bedroom unit, decorated in a classy European style. Unfortunately, there is no gym and swimming pool like other projects, so we have to apply for gym membership outside. Overall, it's acceptable. By the way, this place is also suitable for investment, as the price tends to go up every year. I made the right choice of buying this place.

The quiet and private place in the quality location of Thonglor. Outstanding among the surrounding tall buildings. Convenient for both living and traveling. Lovely neighbors and high-security systems. The big house has 4-5 bedrooms. Unfortunately, the parking space is quite limited.

The house here is close to Thonglor BTS station, and many taxis are passing all the time, making it super convenient to travel. The location is in a busy area surrounded by many shops in the neighborhood. The building design is quite good. It is a European-style house. The project uses durable materials, and it is suitable for a large family. Also, it is quiet at night, and there is a 24-hour security guard.

Perfect location not far from Thong Lo BTS station. It is very convenient if you want to use public transportations on some days. Just take the BTS Skytrain to go to The Emporium or Terminal 21, only a few stations. Big space, can park 2 cars in the house and has security service 24 hours and CCTV system. Good location and security!
