The room is very spacious, fully furnished, and ready to move in. The project's location is perfect. Getting around is so easy even if you don't have a private car because you can call a taxi or motorbike taxi in front of the project or from the main road. There are also two 7-Eleven nearby, one is in front of the condo, and another is in Soi Sukhumvit 77/1 within walking distance, shops, restaurants, stalls selling fruits and vegetables. Besides, there is also a swimming pool, fitness center within the project. I think this place is a bit crowded because they have many units here.
