The condo is lovely and located on the main road. It is easily accessible and convenient because it's close to New Petchburi Road. Even if traveling with the BTS, it's also very convenient and 1 kilometer close to the project. The project neighborhood is surrounded by local shops and shopping malls, making my life more comfortable and convenient. The on-site is tranquil and cozy. The neighbors are also lovely, friendly, and help each other. My room is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms, and it's very spacious with a large balcony for sitting and enjoying the view as well, and it's my favorite corner to relax. My room is fully furnished. There may be some parts that have been repaired because my father bought it many years ago. Therefore, I bring some new furniture. As for the common area, I like the swimming pool, and I always spend time swimming. Other facilities are also completed. In general, it's an okay condo. Although the condo has been built for many years, the common area is continuously being maintained, making this condo pleasant and reliable in maintenance and quality services.
Easy to travel

I bought a one-bedroom unit here more than a year ago. It is easy to travel because I have a private car. If you want to use public transportation, there will be Ploenchit BTS nearby, the closest station to the condo. One problem I found is the cleanliness of communal restrooms, a garden, and a swimming pool. It seems that they are not maintained as it should be. The staff should improve it.
Old condo but with complete facilities

Wittayu Complex is an old building, but the inside is still new and modern. The room we stayed in has been renovated when we moved in and provided complete furniture as well. The balcony is spacious, offering a very beautiful city view. Our room is on the 16th floor, so it has good ventilation, not hot and comfortable. The facilities are complete, whether a swimming pool, gym, and common area. However, the parking lots are not enough for the residents. Sometimes I can't park enough !!
