It is one of the condominium projects I invested in renting it out in the future. I bought a fully furnished 1-bedroom with a beautiful sea view because I want my customers who rent my condo sense with real leisure. The project is modern, pleasant, and cozy. The facilities are also completed and set to overlook sea view, including a swimming pool, a communal gym, and an on-site restaurant. It is located on Pratumnak Hill and surrounded by many tourist destinations; it is also close to the beach and takes only 2 minutes to walk. The surrounding area comprises 5-star hotels, residences, and villas. There are many famous real estates in this area that many foreigners are interested in because it is a vacation zone.
