I have rented a room in this condo for years. It is in a community area with lots of food and restaurants, and there is also a convenience store and a laundry shop. It's quite convenient to get around because there are many public transportation choices, such as Bang Phlat MRT, buses, taxis, and motorcycle taxis which I usually take. The unit I rent has 2 bedrooms, good proportion, and is fully furnished, so I don't have to pay more for decoration. My favorite part of the condo is the facilities I often use on the weekend, such as the saltwater swimming pool, the fitness room, the juristic person, Wifi on the first floor and rooftop, the garden area, the 24-hour security system, etc. Living here is very secure and relaxed.
