The Ocean Estates

The Ocean Estates is the epitome of luxury resort golf course living in Vietnam. It was therefore important that the project reflected this in both form and function. With an average price tag of USD$1 million, the villas have to be representative of the highest standard of home available to buy in the country. This is the ultimate trophy home aimed at a clientele that makes trophy purchases. It had to be something that buyers wanted to show off to their friends as a mark of their success. In short, it had had to appeal to our target buyer, classified as follows:

Hanoians (typically the richest Vietnamese who prefer second home properties in Danang which is the closest beach resort to Hanoi)
High net wealth individuals living regionally
In order to meet the project brief and appeal to our target buyer, we had a number of design criteria for The Ocean Estates show which had to be met. These can be summarised as follows:

A home that has great lighting and better views
An imposing residence with a strong sense of arrival and architectural impact
A contemporary and modern design but retaining elements of the local architecture of the area
The overall project goal is to create a project that raises the benchmark for luxury villa design and construction within Vietnam. The developer is confident that The Ocean Estates is the market leader in its sector of high-end resort property.
