Beautiful modern-designed home in the JVC
The Laya Residences have many useful things to offer me as a resident. I think that its modern design makes the building looks more elegant especially in the nighttime. The location is really close to the popular areas like Downtown Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes to go to the beach which is very nice for family moments. My favorite in this building is the rooftop area which provides many interesting sport facilities such as basketball field and swimming pool. The basketball court is very secured by having the fencing and rubber floor. I world recommend this place for a small family.
