Calm and serene from a golf course

Al Alka 3 close to Emirates Golf Club, which is the big golf course, and The Greens Dog Park near the apartment. It is easy to commute with a bus stop near the apartment. The apartment was designed with a modern style with a cozy style in the room. It has a fully equipped kitchenware in the room and balcony. The swimming pool is open air and clean with a standard size.
Family friendly community with fine amenities.

Al Alka 3 is in a nice and trustworthy community because it is a project by Emaar. I live alone in one spacious bedroom that has a wide space and large balcony. The scenery of nature makes me feel fresh and relaxed. The building itself has a modern classic with yellow tones. And there is a swimming pool and garden in the middle area. Feel like staying at a resort. The Green Public Facilities is something that I am impressed with because there are so many things to choose from as it is a family-friendly community. I really agree
