The Icon of waterfront apartment in Dubai

17 Icon Bay apartment in Dubai Creek Harbur is going to be the place to stay in Dubai. Dubai Creek Harbour is new community in Dubai around Dubai Creek Canal and close by to business centers of Dubai. Going to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay is very easy. Around Dubai Creek Harbour are cascual waterfront restaurants and laid back shopping center. A very good apartment to escape the vibrant city of Dubai.

In my opinion, the 17 Icon Bay has well-designed waterfront apartments in Dubai Creek Harbour which is one of the most lively places in the city that have sea views and views of Burj Khalifa. My room has large floor-to-ceiling windows which beautifully allow the natural lighting in the daytime giving a cozy and warmth feeling. When I go out the terrace, I can enjoy the views of the Burj Khalifa while sipping my coffee. And there is the green space which is perfect for outdoor activities as well. Thanks.

The facilities of the 17 Icon Bay are utmost exceptional and useful. Me and my boyfriend are really happy about the location. We are able to walk along the beautiful boardwalk with the views of long waterfront. The place is also near Dubai Marina as well as my workplace at Downtown Dubai. The traffic is sometimes jammed, yet we can shift to the Dubai metro. This building is kind of high, so we can observe the amazing views of the Burk Khalifa. This place is quite romantic at night and it is also good for having wine with love one.

A while ago, I was looking for high-end properties for an investment in Dubai. Suddenly, I found the waterfront home at Creek Island. It seems to be amazing. The residence offers the grand view of the well-known Burj Khalifa. 17 Icon Bay is very luxurious. I love how large the 3-bedroom apartments are. I would totally plan on investing in this location. As it is located in the ideal location and the value may highly be grown higher from time to time.

This will be my first residence review in Dubai and I will tell you about the 17 Icon Bay, This project is such an amazing apartment with a nice atmosphere since it is waterfront building. Moreover, it is located in a great location which has restaurants and cafes surrounding it as well as i know that in the future maybe have a shopping mall as well. Along with only a-few-minute drive to Business Bay, Airport, and Downtown Dubai. The room is perfectly designed with modern feeling combined with great amenities such as an infinity swimming pool, green space for relaxation and gym. Thank you.

17 Icon Bay is one of the nice waterfront apartment buildings in the community of Dubai Creek Harbour. It seems to be a convenience place near the Airport. It has state-of-the-art daily-essential facilities such as gymnasium and swimming pool which are perfect for active people. This place is also located not too far from the Business bay and there are several dining and entertainment options within the communities. Along with the stunning views of Burj Khalifa and sea, this will probably be the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a waterfront place to stay I really recommend this one.
