Living in Downtown Views is an investment for quality life. The project is livable by their ideal location which is Downtown Dubai. Project’s location provides many conveniences including easy transportation, access conveniently to facilities and also the opportunity of living near Dubai’s landmark. Moreover, the project is a livable environment, there is high security with many amenities inside.
An outstanding apartment with a high-rise building

The apartment has 55 floors and a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa, the highest building in the UAE. The apartment has big balconies that I can take time to feel with a fresh air wind breeze from the Burj Lake. The room is so spacious with a floor to ceiling window. In addition, it is near the Dubai Mall that suits me, who loves shopping.

Last year I got several emails about the upcoming estate close to Downtown Dubai. Downtown Views have one of the most convenient location in the city. It is easier for me to drive to the important locations. I looked at the brochure online and relized that this place is absolutely located in the vibrant area of Dubai. There are plenty of sport facilities like tennis, squash, and basketball court. It is very convenient for a sportswoman like me since there are many useful facilities. Next week I will plan to see the actual site. Great place after all.

Downtown Views apartment is located in the most convenient location in Dubai. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, I can travel to my work place with no traffic. Travel to leisure hubs such as Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah Beach Residences for a night out. Downtown View 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious with a big bedroom and walk-in closet. The view from the bedroom is amazing as I can see Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa every morning and every night. What more to ask for.
