Perfect Facility and Location
For me, The Park Villa’s property for sale in Damac Hills location is perfect math. Inside the project’s full of facility which is help us both for business and relaxing life. Especially, there’s provide opportunity to access the leisure nearby. There’s suitable to people who have healthy lifestyle but still prefer luxury and convenient as an urban being because there’s access to many sports field inside and especially near the golf course, for their transportation is convenient both public and private driving by their connecting main road. Moreover, we could have a luxury lifestyle by the leisure nearby which is luxury mall such as Mudon Community Centre nearby including to others. So, that’s why I think this project is perfect for me.
This place has special themed parks
I find that The Park Villas are the exceptional community which focusing on sports and outdoor activities. Firstly, this place is near the international golf club which is a good sport. The next amazing thing is that it also develops outstanding parks on the outside. Those pars are functional and come with different themes. I personally like the skate park. It is made for my family, since we love to play long board together for exercising purpose. The skate park looks modern and offers many challenging ramps for those who prefer the extreme moves.
Modern villas
Park Villas provides villas with wide rooftop patios overlooking the vibrant streets of JVC. The property also has an elevator. This comes in useful because we have an older relative staying with us. Park Villas is quite modern and stylish. I'm glad to call this location home. Al Khail and Al Barsha Road are connected to the community, making it very convenient to get to other parts of the city. There is plenty of outdoor space, with jogging tracks, sports courts, and playgrounds
A perfect family villa
The 4-bedroom unit at Park Villas is one of a kind. I like the Mediterranean feel to the villa and the community. It’s also modern and very large. It has a rooftop terrace, which is great to have parties at. It comes with an elevator for those who have an elderly family member. The community is connected to both Al Khail and Al Barsha Road, making it easier to get to places in the city. The beach takes around 30 minutes or so to get there.
