I have been in and out of Dubai for work, leisure with families and by myself very often. Always wanted to invest in Dubai real estate as the market is underperforming and new launches comes in a very decent price and payment. Finally with FazWaz agents found a great holiday home. As in Canada it can great very cold, so Dubai perfect for long holidays when our childrens are taking a break from school. The model 5 bedroom villa is very modern, spacious, and has a rustic feel to it. Similar to Canada my first home, like the home is onto of the mountains. The private garden space is amazing for my families to run around, in the green. For investment is great to get rental yield and the price is much more affordable then in Canada. The drawback is you would need a private car to enter the city and iconic buildings of Dubai. However the home is just perfect to spend quality family time
