About The Atria Residences
About The Atria - Dotted in Business Bay, the buzzing commercial hub of Dubai, The Atria consists of two high-rise towers. One is a residential tower while the other is a 4-star hotel apartment called Millennium Atria Business Bay. The Atria – Residences has 30 floors above ground with 219 elegantly built residential units. The hotel offers 347 serviced apartments that are based on 31 floors. It offers both short and long-stay options.
The towers are developed by Deyaar Properties. Deyaar real estate ventures are marked in the prime areas in Dubai including Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Barsha Heights, DIFC, and Dubai Production City. Yoo Group, established by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck, proposed the design of the buildings.
The project started in 2014 and reached completion in 2018. It quickly sold out some residential apartments while several units are still available for sale and rent. The properties are available on a freehold basis. The Atria is well-connected to Sheikh Zayed Road. Just like Manhattan in New York City, Business Bay offers a fast-paced lifestyle.

The perfect location with the views of Burj Khalifa
I have been looking for the place to stay around the Business Bay or downtown, area for a long time. Accidentally, I found the nice one called the Atria which is right in the Business Bay. This place is very convenient for me because my office is near this area. The buildings are very easy to locate after exiting the main road. I can observe the Burj Khalifa from the balcony which is totally satisfying. There are many shopping malls in the district, my favorite one is the Dubai Mall. Living here is somehow similar to the decent hotel. Five stars for this place!
