Avant Garden. The villas are located in the beautiful area Bophut, in 3 minutes drive or a short walk to the coast. Nearby is the best beach of the island - “Chaweng Beach”. Right there is the famous “Fisherman’s Village” with the greatest restaurants and hotels. Also down the road is all the infrastructure one would need including major supermarkets. While being in very close proximity to the best Koh Samui has to offer, the villas themselves are on the quiet green hill which is easy to reach by well built roads.

One can enjoy ocean views and Koh Phangan island views from every window of the villa and from the pool. Each villa has an infinity-edged swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Also every villa has a sauna and separate maid’s quarters with its own kitchen and bathroom.

The most important advantage of this project is that each villa has its own artesian well (150 meters deep) to provide the high quality drinking water that has many health benefits. As this water reserve is unlimited it is supplied throughout the water system inside the villa for all its usage. Only 1% of properties in Thailand have access to artesian water.

The project consists of eight equivalent villas, each of which has: five bedrooms, cinema, gym, sauna, maid's room. One can enjoy ocean views and Koh Phangan island views from every window of the villa and from the pool. All villas in the new project are identical and look the same. The villas differ only in the location of parking spaces.

Modern style format. There are engraved metals decorated outdoors for making it looks more outstanding. In addition, there are grass court and swimming pool in the middle of the building which provide a relaxing atmosphere for residents like staying at the resort. I went to visit this villa project because I want to invest and rent out the villa to tourists. I appreciate the stunning mountain view, and it is close to Bophut Beach and Fishermans Village, which are famous tourist attractions on Koh Samui. The villa is designed in a luxury style with high-quality equipment, ranging from 4 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms with a private pool. I think it's worth the money to invest.
