One of the latest intriguing projects! The project is on the hill, so it won't be crowded with people. Yet, it's near Nai Harn, Ya Nui beaches, and other shopping malls. After viewing the project, there are only 20 villas available from 4-6 bedrooms. The investors can also gain a profit at 6% for 5 years, worthwhile! Plus, the atmosphere is pretty private, perfect for introverts. The exterior design also meets introverted lifestyles. The prices match the land area and the house as well.

A new project which is very interesting, surrounded by lush green forest and nature. I bought it here because it's worthwhile for investment. The villa is designed for a holiday place, comprising a private pool and car parking spaces. The furniture decorated is luxurious and stylish, giving a sense of warmth, shady, and pleasant to live. Also, it provides a 6% guaranteed rental yield up to 6 years, perfect!
