My friend lives here with her family. The place is comfortable and private and conveniently close to shopping malls such as IKEA Phuket, Central Festival Phuket, and easy travel to town and other areas. I like the atmosphere here! The house comes with a big bedroom, living space, parking, and 24-hours security service. Excellent value! Suitable for long-term residents, especially for a family as it is also close to the schools.

I have a chance to visit the project. It's very interesting. The house design project is beautiful and modern with white-tone color. Every space of the house is connected as the floor plan is quite trendy. The project has limited units, so we don't have many neighbors, which is quite private. The house comes with a swimming pool and a fence around the house. Plus, there is a security system to take care of the residents 24/7. Very nice location, close to the Bypass road. Traveling is very convenient.
