This condo is EXEPTIONAL. It has the advantage that the project is half hotel and half condominium with full hotel service available what other project can’t offer; like cleaning your condo, a laundry, a kids-club, a spa, a beauty salon, a reception for tours & reservations and there is also full room service, like breakfast on your bed or drinks and food at the swimming pool.

The swimming pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall is very beautiful. There are bars and restaurants, a fitness room and a sauna. There is free parking and 24 hours’ security. The resort is located in a quiet place in North Patong on the beach. Situated on the 3rd floor (perfect-no mosquitoes), this 64 sq. unit comes with 1 bedroom (king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD) and its en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, western style kitchenette (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave), open plan living room with sofa that also can be used as a bed (4 persons), dining area (flat screen TV with cable TV) and a large terrace with a nice view. The unit is high standard, with build-in air conditioning and comes fully furnished in modern Thai style. The building is very strong with thick walls. The bedroom is very quiet and offers sweet dreams. Driving to Patong entertainment zone or shopping center is only 2 minutes. Next door there is a Family Mart, there is a food market at the beach and there are tuk-tuk’s in front of the resort anytime. If you stay in this condo you feel like you stay on holiday forever. This property is also ideal to rent out and to buy as an investment. The rate at the hotel is 5.300 THB per day for the same unit and your profit 3.500 THB. The condominium is foreign freehold and perfect for foreigners to buy in their own name. The maintenance fee is only 25 THB per sq. This condo is a real deal!!
