To get to the project by car, you can start from Highway 3 (Sukhumvit Road). Turn right at Thepprasit Intersection to Thepprasit Road. Go straight for 3 kilometers and turn right for 800 meters. Turn left onto Pratumnak Road and continue for 74 meters and turn left into Soi Phra Tamnak 6. Keep going for 1.4 kilometers; you will find the project location on the right.

The project is literally a stone trow away from Pratumnak beach. A quite beach with less traffic. Pratumnak is easily to reach via the Thappraya road. Quality of the fixtures looks too cheap and not sustainable, but location wise its a good project. You need to invest in the interior if you would like to make it more liveable.
Great condo at affordable price

My family and I stay in BKK. We wanted to find a vacation condo for escaping from the hustle and bustle on the weekends. I found it here. The project is located in Pattaya, which is not far from Bangkok. It takes an hour and a half driving. The room I bought is a spacious two-bedroom unit. Furniture is partly provided, so you have to buy some for yourself. I think it’s not bad because I like shopping. Also, I can be sure that it’s exactly what I want. My room is on the 20th floor. During the day, I usually opened the window for airflow. In the evening, I usually enjoy a fantastic view of the sunset. In the project, there is a fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna room. I recommended using them during the daytime as there are not many people. Also, it’s located not far from Pratumnak Beach, only a few minutes walking. We often go for a walk on the beach, which was a pleasant time with my family. For those who want to go shopping, it takes only 15 mins to Central Festival, 5 minutes to Terminal 21, another shopping mall in Pattaya. Overall, it’s excellent at an affordable price.
