Turn right again onto Soi Kasetsin 9, and go straight for 150 meters; you will see the project on the left.

What a surprise! this building has very nice facilities, the units facing seaside have fantastic view. This condo offers all the leisure for residency. Its located in quite location near cozy beach. Perfect for retirement. This is one of the better buildings in Pattaya with easy road access

The location of the condo is the best location on Pratumnak Hill. It is the highest condo in this area, which gives a stunning sea view. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, close to Cozy Beach, within walking distance. Next to the condo, there is 7-11. The building is designed for a vacation stay and facing the sea to enjoy a sea view from every room. The project sells 1 and 2 bedroom units in a modern design. The room is spacious and open with an over 2-meter high ceiling. Warm colors and wooden furniture are used for decoration. The room space is functional, and the bathroom is very spacious, with a separation of the wet and dry zone. The project's common area is located on the 24-25th floor with a sea view including, a swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, and lounge, in which full-frame glass is installed, and that's what I love the most. As for convenient transportation, I recommend having a car as you have to go up and down the mountain, and easy to get around in Pattaya.
