Go for 650 meters and turn left to Soi Pattaya 1; you will find the project on the right-hand side.

Condominium in modern tropical style

The condo is near Pattaya Klang Beach, surrounded by shops, food places, bars, and shopping malls such as Terminal 21 and Central Center. The condo is in tropical style, and the rooms available from studio types to 2-bedroom types. Every room comes fully furnished with the standard quality so I can save my time from buying furniture. The project has a large number of units so it can be a bit cramped. In rush hour, we might have to be in line for elevators, not a big deal, though. The project also offers basic facilities such as a pool, elevators, a garden, sauna, parking, and a gym. They are aged but functional. The overall is okay, suitable for living.
