To get to the project by private car, you can start from Mae Kuang Intersection and head on North on Route 121 approximately 800 micrometers. Keep right to take a U-turn to go to the outer road around Chiang Mai city. Go straight for about 5.9 kilometers through Wararom Village. U-turn at Tha Rua intersection and Keep driving on the left. Go straight for about 1.9 kilometers, and you will reach The Grand Park on the right-hand side.

The perfect detached house

I am waiting for the house to be finished because it's a built-to-order single-detached house, which buyers like us can be confident that they will get a new house. It took about a year for the construction. I chose the type B house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was very suitable for our family because I was expecting a second child, I had to find a new home for my baby. I decided to choose this place because I am confident in the developer company and I like the design of the house. Besides, the materials used by the project are up to standard. There is also a well-established system such as a termite control system and construction to support earthquakes. Also, the house's plan is still well proportioned, so it looks spacious and tidy. It also had a parking space for 2 cars. The project also has many facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, park, and playground with an excellent security system. More importantly, this village is not far from Chiang Mai town and other important places such as Chiang Mai Airport, Central Festival, and Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai too. If you get there by car, it takes less than 20 minutes to reach the destination.

A 2-story detached house with 4-bedrooms. It's the dream house that I wanna live in with my family. The atmosphere is suitable for relaxation. The project is located in the most convenient location on the main road, with easy access to the city. Inside the village, there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse, and playground available. It's a modern house with a full-function space. They used quality materials for the residents.

The Grand Park is a single house I chose to buy to stay with my kid. It is close to Chiang Mai Town and accessible whether to travel by a private car. It takes only 10-15 minutes. My kid studies in Chiang Mai city; thus, it is easy and convenient to travel. I selected 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms because we stay only two people. I chose the smallest house. One more room I renovated into a working and reading room with my kid. The interior is also spacious, and the yard is decorated as a small garden, making the house looks cozy and comfortable. Moreover, I regularly use the service from the common area, including swimming pools, gyms, and gardens. More importantly, the project area is quiet and harmonized with nature. It's very relaxing.
A large village provides a good security system.

My wife chose the house here, and I love it because it is spacious and safe. The village has a clubhouse and a park, which is crowded in the evening. The atmosphere is good and not far from the city as well. It is also easy to travel next to the main road. At the project entrance, there is a 24-hour security guard. The house has been designed in a quite warm and luxurious sense. Although it is expensive, it is worth the money !!

I've viewed the sample house. The project looks so inviting and livable. The rooms range from 3-5 bedrooms. The living area is airy because of good airflow. You can also use the project's facilities such as a garden, gym, sauna, swimming pool, clubhouse, and restaurants. I think it's quite complete. It's near the Mae Kuang Intersection, making it easy to travel.

It is an ideal home, which is comfortable. I trust the project owner is very attentive. During the project's preview, I was impressed with the project facilities that are good for life, such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a luxury clubhouse. Besides, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole house is clean and spacious. Overall, it is very satisfying. Perfect for peace lovers, great location, and excellent service. Importantly, the project owner is friendly. The project location is close to Tiger Kingdom, Muang Mai Market, and many other tourist attractions.

I have lived here with my family for over a year now. Overall, it’s impressive as it’s exactly what I expected. My house has 3 bedrooms with a perfect size. The house is surrounded by a garden, making the atmosphere so pleasant. There are complete facilities within the village, such as a swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse, and playground. It’s always crowded in the evening. Besides, it’s effortless to travel because this place is connected to the main road. Getting to town by private car takes less than 15 minutes, which is very convenient.
