The best cleanliness standard

The top priority here is excellent cleanliness. Every day, the common areas around the swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are cleaned, and the overall condition here is still perfect for those who seek peace and solitude because there aren't many units. The room is quite large, and all the furniture is decorated. However, due to the thinness of the walls in this material, sometimes I can hear the sound of the next room. The staff here are also friendly and helpful. Besides, I like the project's location as it is surrounded by well-known tourist attractions. You can also easily travel to other areas in Chiang Mai.

I love this condo as it's clean and secured by guards for 24 hours. It also includes indoor parking and a swimming pool. A studio room is quite large and fully furnished. Great location as the neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and famous cafes. Close to Kad Thanin Market selling fresh produces. The staff here are very nice too. Unfortunately, the soundproofing wall here is a bit thin. You can even hear the neighbor's voice talking on the phone.
