To get to the project by car, you can start from Chiang Mai city with a distance of approximately 3 kilometers, or it takes only 10 minutes. Drive on Ratchapakhinai Road to go onto Mun Mueang Road in Phra Sing Subdistrict for about 1.3 kilometers. Then head east onto Rachadamnoen Road to Ratchawong Road for about 550 meters and continue straight for 750 meters. Turn right onto Ratchaphakinai Road, continue straight for about 400 meters, and turn left to enter Mun Mueang Road to go along the route. Within 44 meters, turn right onto San Road and continue straight for another 140 meters. Slightly turn left to go onto Sridonchai Road and continue straight for about 750 meters. Turn right to Chang Khlan Road, go straight for 150 meters, and turn left. Continue straight for another 220 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

Elegant room, beautiful furniture and swimming pool under big trees

I had to travel away from home in Phuket to work in Chiang Mai, so I had to find a place to live alone, and I decided to rent a 1-bedroom condo here in which the room is not too spacious or too small, just right for one person like me. I like the location near all amenities, convenient to travel and go shopping for just a few minutes. However, there will be insufficient parking spaces, but I use the taxi service anyway. It is considered convenient, no need to grab the parking space with anyone. I love the swimming pool here; the atmosphere is pleasant and shady because it's under big trees, but I'm not sure what the tree they call it. Anyone who likes to swim but doesn't like the sun will be delighted. The surrounding condo is complete with many kinds of trees, just like in the forest; I love it here! Wherever you look, it is green and comfortable. Also, there is a daily rental service. It is suitable for anyone who travels to Chiang Mai to experience the cold wind during various festivals, and I recommend it so you won't be disappointed. The price is not high as well.
