Directions to the Project

To get to the Malada Mae Rim, you can start from the battalion Intersection on the Chiang Mai road for about 260 meters. Turn left and go straight for about 550 meters through the Don Kaew Animal Hospital. Then turn left and go straight for about 700 meters and turn left again. You will see Chotana Road and go straight for about 500 meters to make a U-turn. Then continue driving on Chotana Road for approximately 3.8 kilometers and turn right at the U-turn. Go onto Wat Don Chai Village and go straight for about 450 meters; Malada Mae Rim will be on your left-hand side.

A Beautiful and new house project with an excellent quality

The project has just been completed shortly. The interior uses high-grade materials with a spacious room, but it is unfurnished. The parking lot is available for 2 cars, and there is a small garden in the backyard. The villa is beautiful and fantastic, designed in a minimalist style, which looks nice and warm. The security system is also excellent because CCTVs are installed around the project. It also has a clubhouse, swimming pools, and parks.

Hello, I bought a house at Malada Mae Rim for a vacation home. My impression of this project will be the location because it is in a good area, and the environment is good amid nature in Mae Sa's vicinity. It made me feel like I had a good rest. My house's interior is well-decorated in beautiful warm colors, elegant, beautiful, and excellent. You can see that the project pays attention to details and knows what the residents want as the project has been designed to make every area in the house practical. Besides, the journey is very convenient and easy to get around, a few minutes away from Chiang Mai city, very convenient. Malada Mae Rim is one of the ideal projects in Chiang Mai. I'm not disappointed in buying a house here.
