Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS at the Phra Khanong BTS, which is about 1.1 kilometers away. When you leave the station, grab a motorcycle taxi to continue to the project, which takes about 13 minutes.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Bang Chak BTS by heading northwest along Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), with a distance of about 1.1 kilometers. Then, use 2 lanes from the left to turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 50 and continue further for 280 meters. Afterward, turn right to the Ram Intra ramp to continue driving for about 1.3 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Saeng Thip. Next, continue driving further for another 290 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

This project designs a spacious common area with many activities to enjoy, whether tennis, table tennis, futsal, basketball, sauna, gym, or swimming pool. It is ideal for a long-term living, and I've been here for almost a year. I live in a 1 bedroom unit, on the 9th floor with a private sense. The room is spacious with a private balcony and fully furnished. The rental rate is reasonable, and it is close to my office but a bit far from Phra Khanong BTS, which may take about 10 minutes. Driving would much be better because it is near the expressway.
