To get to the project by private car, start at Asoke Montri Road. Turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 21/ 1 for about 190 meters. Continue to Soi Ruam Jai (Soi Sukhumvit 15). When you reach a T-junction, turn right and continue until the end of the alley. You will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by public transportation, you can get off at Phetchaburi MRT, the project's closest station. Exit the station and head south onto Soi Sukhumvit 21 for 120 meters. Great condo in pleasant location

I decided to buy this place because the location is pleasant. I didn't find noise pollution, although it's in the Sukhumvit area. Plus, it's also convenient if you prefer to travel by boat as the Nana Chard Pier is just right in front of the project. But if you go to the main roads, you will also reach MRT and BTS stations. Owning the car is unnecessary, then. I rent a 1-Bed unit. It's not pricey, and the owner furnished his room with built-in furniture and appliances. They are outdated but in good condition. The common area is as good as it gets, not very new to make a 'wow' factor as they are in the recently-built condo. However, it works well. Parking is well adequate because there are only 26 units. I can get good privacy, and the atmosphere is pretty quiet. There is a small problem as one side of the condo is adjacent to Sansab Canal, which is smelly on some days.

A small condominium, hidden in the Nana area next to Saen Saeb Canal. It is an 8-story condo with a limited number of units, so not many neighbors live. Inside, they are 1-3 bedrooms, ready to move in with good quality furniture. They are carefully maintained and very clean. The project site includes a swimming pool and a small fitness center. However, everything began to deteriorate. Should be improved!!
