Old condo but in a great location

The condo is quite old, but the room is excellent because it has been renovated recently. The room I stayed is a spacious 2-bedroom unit. The project facilities like other typical condos. The fitness equipment is small and outdated. Apart from that, I didn't find any problem. The project is 900 meters away from Nana BTS. Although it's not close to the station, it's still within walking distance. For rent, I think the price is reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a condo in this area.

Although the project here looks old, I think the decoration in the room is excellent. It has been renovated and decorated in a modern style, which is my favorite style. The space in the room is very private and calm. Furniture quality is great and modern. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a spacious balcony area. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate guests and hold parties. The common area also offers a full range of facilities. There is a large swimming pool, lobby, garden, and helpful staff. The location is not crowded and convenient to travel. If anyone does not have a car, they have to walk to the Nana BTS Station, and it takes about 15 minutes. However, it isn't worth the price paid because it is very old, although it is convenient. Also, the parking spaces are not enough, and a few and out of date exercise equipment. It should be improved in these sections.
Well maintained old condo

It is an old condo, but it is still well-maintained. It was my sister's room, and she gave it to us. We've recently moved in, and it is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious interior. It is very suitable for the family. It also consists of a quiet swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Some lovely guards and housemaids take good care of us and well secure the residents.
Condominium in Nana area

The surrounding atmosphere is quiet, but the project's building is a bit old. Some spots should be fixed. There is a swimming pool and a small gym for the residents to use. The 2-bedroom unit is spacious compared to other projects, but the furniture is a bit outdated. It is about 950 meters from Nana BTS, still within walking distance.
Affordable condo with good quality of life

It is a reasonably priced condo close to Nana BTS Station, highly recommended for foreigners to stay here. It is because it easily accesses the city center and connects everywhere in the center of Bangkok. If you are looking for a studio room or in other room types, I recommend it because it is complete and can be bought to live in. If you work in the Khlong Tan Nuea and Huai Khwang area, it is very comfortable.
Expansive balcony room

The 2 bedrooms here are spacious with an expansive balcony to breathtaking view with good quality furniture to see the pool of the common area. The project may look old, but its facilities are well maintained, including swimming pools, gardens, and common areas. One thing that needed to be improved is fitness because there is not enough equipment. Many of them don't work. It is considered a nice place to stay because it is quiet. If you don't have a car, we recommend taking the BTS at Nana station, which is 10 minutes away by foot.
