- To get to the project by car, you can start from Hua Seng Hong Restaurant on Sukhumvit Road to continue onto Soi Sukhumvit 64 Road with a distance of about 500 meters. Then, make a U-turn at Soi Sukhumvit 64/1 and continue driving for another 190 meters. Afterward, keep left to continue onto Soi Sukhumvit 64, go straight for about 230 meters, and turn right onto Soi Pongwet Anusorn 1. Next, drive further for about 260 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by public transport, you can use the BTS service and get off at the Punnawithi BTS. When you leave the station, continue walking for 500 meters on Sukhumvit 64 Road (Soi Sukhumvit 62/3) to continue onto Soi Phongwet Anusorn 1, which takes only 6 minutes, and you will find the project on the left.

I rented a condo here because of its convenient location; it takes only 10 minutes to get to my office via the BTS at Punnawithi BTS, and I usually park my car at the condo because I only use it on vacation. The condo near my office allows me to spend more time relaxing, such as swimming at the pool or exercising after work. The room I rented is a fully furnished 2-bedroom condo. The condo is brand new, and the design is stunning, overlooking a beautiful landscape. I want to recommend that those who want to save time traveling buy or rent it here, as it will undoubtedly meet their needs!
