A condo in a great location near the shopping mall and Skytrain station

This condo is a low-rise condo. However, the location is excellent. The condo is located at the not-very-end of the alley. You can walk to Ploenchit BTS station for a minute, and there are also famous department stores like Central Chidlom nearby that you can walk to as well. If you use a private car, it may be a little difficult because most of the alleys are one-way, but it's close to the expressway. For the project, the design is very modern. The room has a Home Automation system. Also, there are many types of rooms to choose from with the usable area ranging from 36 - 134 square meters. Additionally, the common area is available as standard condos.
