Everything is good, but the room size is good for only one person.

I have nothing to criticize about this project except for 1 bedroom unit sizes that are less than 30 square meters. I think it fits well with one person. 2 people is possible but a bit uncomfortable. Anyway, the room is fully furnished and everything else is good, whether the security system, the lift access control system, the rooftop garden with good views and relaxing area, or the clean swimming pool. The car park is spacious enough. Traveling by both cars and BTS is convenient because it is close to the main road and On Nut BTS. It's easy to find food in this neighborhood. Shopping is convenient. This selling price is at a good rate for speculative sales in the future.
