- To get to the project by car, you can start from THE STREET Ratchada by driving north along Ratchadaphisek Road approximately 350 meters, then use the right lane to turn right, and go straight for 1.3 kilometers. Then, keep left and drive directly about 400 meters, and turn right at Ratchadaphisek-Sutthisan intersection to Sutthisan Winitchai Road. Afterward, drive straight for about 110 meters, then turn left onto Soi Rung Rueang to continue for 210 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Ratchadaphisek 20, go straight for about 72 meters, then turn left onto Ratchadaphisek Road, continue straight for 50 meters. The project will be on the left.

Beautiful condo, MRT only 10 meters away

This location appeals to me because the MRT subway is convenient transportation with no noise. The condo is also close to shopping malls, shops, restaurants, and hospitals, making life much easier. As for the room I'm renting, it is a 1 bedroom unit with a lot of space sufficient for couples. The room's interior is impressive. Though there aren't many facilities, they are well maintained. Maids always take care of the cleaning. I would recommend this project for working people looking for an affordable condo with easy access to public transportation, and you won’t be disappointed at all.
