To get to the project by the BTS, you can choose to get off at the Ratchayothin BTS station, which is the closest to the project. It takes 4 minutes on foot and heads northeast on Phaholyothin Road about 150 meters. Walk up the overpass to cross the road for about 65 meters. When going down the stairs, turn right for about 31 meters and walk straight for another 50 meters. You will see the Centric Ratchayothin Project.

Lovely condo suitable for who don't have a private car

It's one of the condos that meets the needs or urban lives like me. The project is located near the Phaholyothin BTS station, making it easy to travel to work and not tired of traveling when coming back from work. I could take the rest comfortably and decided to buy it. The location is good and suitable for the price paid. Inside the room includes a bedroom with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished. Although the room is small, there are cabinets and shelves. It meets my needs because I love to collect things, allowing us to keep things tidier. Also, I love to use the swimming pool and a fitness room on the rooftop. The atmosphere in the evening is very relaxing. The view is beautiful. As for using a private car, I think it's not suitable here because it is very traffic jam. It's not recommended to use a private car. You'd better use public transport, which is much more convenient and not tired too.
