Pine Crest

Pine Crest is an apartment project located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. It is the most populous city in Metro Manila, with a culturally diverse history and ethnic background, a robust and thriving business district, and can be considered the center of the Philippine entertainment industry, as it is home to the two major broadcasting stations in the Philippines, ABS-CBN and GMA, earning it the nickname "Philippine Hollywood." Project Information
Pine Crest was finalized in January of 2016. Crown Asia Properties, Inc., the company behind Valenza, VITA TOSCANA, and FORTEZZA, created the project, which has 604 units over 15 storeys. Pinecrest has carefully kept New Manila's peaceful and calming character as a retreat from the hustle and busy city. The mid-rise, 15-story building is bordered by two low-rise 5-story structures in an alcove of pine trees and is well-known for its architectural design, accessibility, and ease of living. The three towers were named after three of Switzerland's most prominent cities: Geneva, Zurich, and Lucerne. Pinecrest is surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which shield the community from much of the bustle beyond its boundaries, creating a really intimate space — a haven of nature in the heart of the metro.

From Ninoy Aquino International Airport, head southwest on Terminal 1 Sucat Entrance toward Ninoy Aquino Avenue/Paranaque - Sucat Road/Route 63. Continue on Paranaque - Sucat Road/Route 63. Take Domestic Road to Andrews Avenue in Pasay. Continue onto Andrews Ave and drive along for another kilometer. Take Newport Blvd to the destination.
