old building peaceful and easy to get to everywhere

i searched for a good while before deciding to buy into this place. it may be an old building but is relatively well maintained and in a great location. i bought a north facing unit in the a3 building - no daytime sun so doesn't get too hot, and a converted double as a 1 bedroom unit. it's always quiet which makes for comfortable living, there is a 7 eleven and street food vendors just outside the entrance, 2 big pools, 1 large and 1 small gym, and table tennis. it's a short 400m walk past s1/s2 building to the beach or they provide some old bicycles to go between within the property if you prefer.. easy baht bus access from beach road and currently from 2nd rd - just at the doorstep... the only bad is the zebra crossing across 2nd road, but there are traffic lights and a button to change the lights - you just have to be careful because cars don't always stop!

when viewing the property, i was actually enormously surprised by the quality, the luxury and the interior with fantastic views of the sea and the city. 3 spectacular pools on different floors, super friendly staff, the free use of all the facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym and the beach area on the ground floor fascinate me. this is living as you dream of it. personally, i have never seen anything more beautiful - a big compliment to the builders and planners - excellent!!!!

i am staying here since 8 years. great sea views. proximity to the beach. only 100m walk. nice clean facilities. 2 big swimming pools. and very diligent 24/7 security. for me the best place to live in jomtien.

i can guarantee that this place will be the best condo because as i have gone through the project details, i think it is suitable both for investment and for leisure. great location because it is right on the beach. it also provides a full range of amenities, including a beach club, restaurant, swimming pool, golf course, sauna room, fitness room, etc. it is excellent value for money. plus, the design is great. it is now under construction, and i can't wait for the project to finish quickly !!

here is a perfect project. i think it is not wrong to buy 3 units here as an investment. i bought 3 different room types: studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units as each of them come in different sizes. they are fully furnished and ready to move in. most importantly, it is an affordable price. i guarantee that you will say wow with their fantastic facilities, such as a pool, gym, sauna and yoga rooms, game room, karaoke room, restaurant, waterfall, etc. you need to come and experience it for yourself. excellent location, a few minutes walk to jomtien beach, and easy to find food. it is a very worthwhile investment.

this project is huge and fantastic since the first step of visiting. it's suitable for vacation, especially for a family with children because the project provides a large recreation area such as an enormous swimming pool, a go-kart track, the beach, and a treehouse in the project. for the parents, there are other activities available as well. it's convenient that there are shops and restaurants. the property is so eye-catching with a tropical resort design, surrounded by nature. the room is so small, tidy, and clean, yet the room facilities are complete. there is a huge bed, and the hot water system is really good. nice and quiet location away from downtown, but you can walk to the convenience stores in 5 minutes. oh, the price is affordable too!

i recently had a chance to view the mock-up room, and i just decided to make the reservation after visiting. the location is superb as you can walk across the road to reach jomtien beach. it’s also close to malls, restaurants, and convenience stores. the facilities in this condo meet my needs, such as the fitness center, swimming pool, beach club, and steam room. speaking of the room, it seems pretty small. indeed, the space is functional and well-proportioned. the place that i reserved is a 1-bedroom unit, which is only 29 sq.m., but when i saw the room, for real, it’s much more comfortable than i thought. it’s also well-decorated and fully-furnished, which means that i won’t have a hard time selecting each furniture by myself. for those interested in investment, this condo can be profitable as there will be a high-speed rail project to pattaya, contributing to the increasing price in the future for sure.

the project is located in an excellent location in pattaya, adjacent to jomtien beach 2 road, and not far from the jomtien night market. from the project, it's 500 meters by foot to jomtien beach. the staff is helpful and nice. a 1-bedroom unit is fully furnished and ready to move in. inside, the room layout is well-designed. plus, the rental price is not expensive at all.
