this condo has been my home for almost 3 years, very pet-friendly! the units are big and built with high quality materials - even though it's by the main road, it's quiet in the apartment.
staff are so friendly, feel like you are part of 1 big family. anytime you need anything, they will come and fix it!
location is in a quiet and convenient soi, that links naradiswat and suan plu, the condo has an entrance at the front and back street which is very convenient.

my friend chose to book a 2-bedroom unit to resell to make a good profit because of the project’s location and complete facilities, such as a swimming pool and gym. it is not surprising that this project sold out fast. people made reservations in a short time. getting to the project is very easy because it is close to narathiwat road and easily connected to sathorn road. and, there is also a chong nonsi or brt station that makes traveling more convenient. with an advantageous location in the central business district of bangkok and near shopping malls. i would like to recommend it to people looking for a high-quality luxury residence. with beautiful decorations in the minimalist style of japan. i guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

i've been staying here for a year now and i would say it's a very unique condo. the room was spacious and airy. the room i stay in is a 2-bedroom room because i am with my daughter. my daughter likes to take a sauna and exercise regularly. so she likes it so much that she doesn't want to move to another place. the condo project is in a convenient location near chong nonsi bts and not far from st. louis college where my daughter is studying.

the overall value is great.
the location is exceptional with a market, many restaurants, near tops supermarket, residential and an easy access to the highway.
the building quality is good as well, strong walls, we can't hear anything from neighbors.
the maintenance is always available to help on literally anything, bathroom fixing, wall fixing, installing something, etc...

i recently decided to buy a condo with this website because it is very well maintained even though it was built for many years. the building looks good, has a shady atmosphere, and full facilities. the pool and gym are big, so great! i bought a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit on the 4th floor. even though this room is a resale unit, it still has excellent room condition and affordable price. i think this place can be a good investment as it is close to sala daeng bts, lumphini mrt, shopping malls, hospitals, and universities. i would highly recommend it.

it is a new and modern condominium, and i decided to buy a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom. when compared to its quality, it is well worth the money paid. the room is built-in, with a 6-foot bed and a comfy bed. the unit is considered to be the ideal size and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. it provides stunning bangkok scenery from the bedroom, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. importantly, the facilities include a clean saltwater swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop garden where guests can relax. there is also free parking available. it is close to centralplaza rama 3 in terms of location. it is also easily accessible because it connects to various routes, or the thanon chan brt, which is only 200 meters away.

this is a landmark on itself and has an impressive master plan incl two hotels and renowned restaurants. the units are embedded with imported materials and all units offer panoramic views over the chao praya. located on charoen krung (the 1st pavement road in thailand), the neighborhood is still authentic and dominated by mom&pop shops. therefore the contrast between the new and old bangkok is just footsteps away

the met used to the nicest unique building in sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. so i recommend to choose a property behind the main sathorn road tower f, e or d. the layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in sathorn. every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.

i am an agent - i been few times in the building recently and i really enjoy present it to my customers - specially the duplex type units facing south or north are really nice - good layout - i recommend to go for high or middle floor then you can enjoy the view from the upper bedroom as well. 38sqm duplex is my favorite layout and very good value for the money.
