this project is in a very convenient location. the road is wide despite going into the alley for about 2 kilometers. plus, it's only a 10-minute drive to don mueang international airport, suitable for anyone who works in airlines or often travels by plane. the neighborhood has complete amenities though it's not in the city center. there are 2-story japanese-style detached houses available in 3 types. the house interior is spacious and well-planned. there is an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom. in terms of facilities, there is a clubhouse consisting of a fitness center, swimming pool, children's pool, park and playground.

we just moved to work in bangkok. so i bought this condo last year. it suits us well due to the affordable price and new condo-good location near many bts stations; red, green, and pink lines to choose from. the project facilities are also suitable for all residents' lifestyles because a full range of facilities provides, such as a swimming pool, gym, etc. i would say that it is considered an excellent value for the affordable starting price, which anyone can own.

when i moved here, i encountered one problem. it was not impressed because the door is broken and makes the room disturbing outside noise. however, the project has been repaired currently. the project location can be called okay. it is near don muang airport, and there is a shuttle bus service to the airport as well. it's easy to travel to different places. in the future, there will be a bts pass through the neighborhood. in addition, the common area has a reading room, swimming pool, and fitness center, so i think it's worth both the investment and the living. there is also a 7-eleven, drug store, and many restaurants on the ground floor. also, it is close to the office, super convenient !!

the project is a low-rise building consists of 8 floors with five buildings in total. the size of the room is relatively small, and the unit area is limited. the bathroom is very tiny. however, the location situates on the prime area surrounding a 7-eleven located on-site and the opposite street of the project; there are maxvalu, a cafe amazon, and mcdonald's. besides, the project is also near don muang airport. it takes about 10 minutes.

i've been renting this condo for several months, and it's impressive, which is very convenient. my room has 1 bedroom with a spacious living area and complete in-room facilities, covering all my needs. i think it's worthwhile to rent this condo. the interior is so beautiful and the materials used are premium. also, this condo provides high privacy and is located in the heart of lak si, providing easy access. it is also nest to ngam wong wan road and amenities, while also surrounded by a good environment.

i have just moved into this project. this location is in a deep alleyway, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the capital. however, it is still connected to many major roads with full amenities, including vibhavadi road and phahonyothin road. therefore, traveling by private car is extremely convenient. the house is stunning, mixing modern and retro. i love it very much! it is also very spacious, with a large bedroom, a living area, a kitchen, and parking for two cars. another interesting point is that it has excellent common facilities. there is a lovely clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and garden. the atmosphere is also shady. it is amazing!

i decided to buy my first house in this townhome project, and i'm so glad i did! it's got a really convenient location - close to my job at don mueang airport and with lots of amenities like schools, hospitals, and department stores nearby. plus, it's easy to get around with vibhavadi road and the lak si srt station close by. the house itself is really nice - beautiful design and plenty of space with three bedrooms and bathrooms. and the price was totally reasonable. oh, and the public park in the project is great - lots of shady spots, and my son and i love spending our weekends at the pool with the jacuzzi. all in all, i'm really happy with my decision to buy here!

i bought the condominium because of its location, as i consider short-term necessities and long-term benefits. my workplace is near it square, so it’s close to the project so that i can spend only 10 minutes going to my workplace. it’s also worth the investment as there will be 3 bts stations nearby, the pink line, the dark red line, and the dark green line. i’m also impressed with the room. i bought a fully-furnished one with a full of facilities. as i stay on the second floor, sometimes it can be a bit noisy. if you need privacy, i’d recommend you to look for the room on the higher floors. anyway, it’s the right choice for living and investment.

the project is suitable for living whether in terms of complete amenities or convenient transportation because it is located next to the main road. i have already reserved this townhome with 3 bedrooms with a usable area of 150 square meters. the living space is well-divided. you won't be disappointed buying this townhouse, as i said, travel is convenient and accessible to many places, whether shops, convenience stores, and other places that really facilitate everyday living. it's a worthwhile investment.
