great location condo, 3 minutes away from nana bts, calm while being in the middle of all morning and evening buzz. well maintained considering the number of units there.
very popular with couples coming to thailand for few months to experience the thai way of living, and they extend more and more while being in this location due to the variety that this location offers.

i have visited many pet friendly condos but none reaches the level of ideo morph 38 + ashton morph 38 (same complex, different buildings).
ideo morph 38 offers a wide range of duplex in its 8 floors. the building is well managed and with high standards of security. the swimming pool is beautiful and the coworking is amazing. nice pet policy (strict one) that guarantees that it is nice to have a dog or a cat here. some other buildings are flexible policy (meaning: no rules at all). but here is not the case.

bts is very close and taking a taxi is also very convenient. the property in the community has just been replaced with a new one, and the swimming pool is much cleaner, but it would be great if the sewage odor could be dealt with! it would be nice if the odor in the men's and women's bathrooms in the public area of building b could be cleaned up, but it is still very comfortable to live here. the oversized swimming pool makes people yearn for it. i like it here very much.

settle in with panoramic city views, rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gym, fitness centre, library, common working space with wifi and 24-7 security guards. life 48 sukhumvit is nestled next to ramada plaza by wyndham bangkok sukhumvit and accor's ibis styles bangkok sukhumvit. only 600 meters from a sky train station (bts green line, phra khanong station), the life 48 sukhumvit sits across sukhumvit road from w district. enjoy phra khanong's chilled out, neighborhood vibes. in addition to w district, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and food stalls. great for foodies and a cool spot for after-hours.

large units very competitively priced ideal for families and pet owners. huge common area including two synthetic grass tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, a playground and playroom for kids…very low cam fee at 40 bahts per sqm. fantastic location on sukhumvit 24 close to emporium, emquartier, k village, benjasiri park, phrom phong bts station and emsphere (scheduled for completion end of 2023). i purchased a condo there less than two years ago and transformed it into a 3bed, 4 bathrooms, 1 home office, 1 service room +storage. several renovation projects have been completed since and more are under way. a far better investment for the future than buying an overpriced condo in a new project.

it hasn’t been a year yet since i bought this condo. i bought the penthouse which has a very spacious area, and the furniture they selected is beautiful. it perfectly fits. also, the project has offered many facilities in a communal area, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and so on. i’d say that this condo is perfect for my lifestyle because it is in the city center, easy to travel anywhere as being adjacent to nana bts, and close to terminal 21, nana square, and foodland supermarket.

i plan to buy a condo in the next couple of years because i have to move to bangkok for work. so, i want to buy a condo to live in. in case my parents come to visit, they can stay with me. recently, i have visited this condo project. i liked it so much, whether the room layout, the design, the decoration, the furniture, or various common areas, such as a fully equipped fitness room, swimming pool, clubhouse, library, jacuzzi and more. plus, the area around the project is filled with lots of amenities, including shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and other department stores such as robinson department store sukhumvit, the emporium, central world, sukumvit hospital, camillian hospital, praram 9 hospital, sacred heart convent school, sai nam peung school, singfah school, etc. most importantly, it is located not far from my workplace.
