i've been living here with my boyfriend for almost 5 years. it's a 3-bedroom apartment. there is quite a large living area. on holidays, i like to use the common area of the project like the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. it makes me feel relaxed. plus, the project is near saladaeng bts and silom mrt. department stores such as silom complex and central. chidlom is also nearby.

this condo is currently under construction located in an excellent location in the city center, far from chong nonsi bts station, only about 500 meters, and suksa wittaya bts station only approximately 170 meters (still under construction). i am interested in this place due to the shape of the building where most of the buildings are decorated with mirrors. and this place is pet's welcome condo; there is a pet zone here. amazing!!! the 2 bedroom unit that we went to see is decorated in a white tone and modern style. the living area and open kitchen are connected, making it look more spacious. the railing on the balcony is clear glass, not obscuring the view. the bathroom is also quite big. really nice!!!

the project is under construction, and one of the quality project located on a potential location in bangkok. it is also equipped with various facilities, including an infinity pool, sky deck & sunset pavilion, fitness room, separate male-female stream room, and the most special part is a pet area. it's impressed me a lot as it will give my beloved dog space to run and play in the future, different from other condos with limitations in raising pets. this project is located in a prime location, close to saphan taksin bts within 1 kilometer of walking distance. if you don't want to walk, you can take taxis or grabs as comfortable as possible. i think i must have book 1 room

a gorgeous condominium under construction in soi sathorn 12, it's not far from the main road and only 600 meters from surasak bts. the location allows convenient transport for cars and public transportation. room types range from 1 to 3 bedrooms with elegant and modern design. the facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and a playground. the price is reasonable without furniture. it is an outstanding condo for investment.

i had an opportunity to visit the sample room of the tait 12 project. the room is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room with excellent space design. the room is not big and not very spacious. the space is functional so, i can make most of it. but the usable space has a benefit in every point. the kitchen can place a dining table and can seat up to 4 people comfortably. the common area is designed to accommodate all residents, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and a strict security system. it is excellent in terms of location because surasak bts is within walking distance, only 650 meters away.

i just put down the deposit for a 2-bedroom duplex. it comes with 2 stories so i can manage the space functionally. the materials used for decoration look luxurious with built-in furniture. both 2 bedrooms have a large window exposing the full city view. the shower room has a jacuzzi and a large mirror for the view too. the luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, gym, lounge, playground, herb garden, fragrant garden, 24-hour security, etc. the staff gives good service. the location is perfect near all amenities such as lerdsin hospital 550 meters away, bangkok christian college in only 3 minutes walk, and a 2-minute walk to sri maha mariamman temple. easy to travel by surasak bts, just 6 minutes walk. for me, this is the best condo in the silom area; it is worth the investment.

if you're looking to live like a king, this place is definitely for you. not only is it located in an accessible location, it's also located within the iconic mahanakhon building. the units are grander than you can imagine with spectacular views of the city. my favourite room in the unit must be the bathroom with marble walls and floorings-- not to mention the giant soup bowl bathtub right in the centre!

ritz carlton is not only the most impressive tower in bangkok, its also one of the best luxury investment projects in town with high occupancy rate. the quality of the units there is amazing, from roof to floor. hight ceiling, perfect lighting, big windows everywhere, incredible marble bathrooms, open over view on the city or the river.

the room sathorn pan is ideal for young couple with or without kids - the facilities are wonderfull - modern and never crownded. i really enjoy stayed there. close to bts surakas, nice room with large space bigger than usual. facing south is the best for me.
