this project is mostly completed, and there are many advantages all around. because of its location on si phraya road, which is close to renowned department stores, hospitals, and educational institutions, it can easily connect to many routes. plus, a little farther away from the project, there is a sam yan mrt station. as for the project, it uses quality materials and has a unique design that makes the living space look wider. there are three different types of rooms available, each with a usable area of between 22 - 72 square meters and no more than 10 units per floor. it is very private. in terms of the common area, there are many amenities. the residents can use each facility comfortably compared to the units, and they are available 24 hours, including the sauna, cinema rooms, reading corners, swimming pools, gardens, etc.

i've been living here with my boyfriend for almost 5 years. it's a 3-bedroom apartment. there is quite a large living area. on holidays, i like to use the common area of the project like the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. it makes me feel relaxed. plus, the project is near saladaeng bts and silom mrt. department stores such as silom complex and central. chidlom is also nearby.

i was looking for a new condo close to my office, and my friend recommended it to me to inspect this project. it is a luxurious condo next to rama 4 road, close to a shopping mall, and sam yan mrt station is about 1 kilometer that is passing through the area. then, i decided to visit the project, and it was so amazing because the showroom was beautiful, with the size of 23.4 sq.m. of 1 bedroom unit designed in a loft style. there is the kitchen and bathroom connected as well as the leisure space overlooking wonderful landscapes. the great feature is the height of the ceiling, which makes the room look airy and open as well as decorated with premium furniture. the facilities are also extensive, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, rooftop lounge, garden, etc. it is the condo that meets my needs.

it's interesting to invest in bangkok. the project is located in a great location. it is very convenient and prosperous in the area. close to sam yan mrt and chamchuri square. the neighborhood of the project has famous department stores, universities and temples as well. the project also emphasizes convenient living for the residents. there are common areas such as a swimming pool, reception, and car park available. there are 1-2 bedrooms available. the interior is partially furnished, but the security team is quite strict. it seems to be easy to rent out as well.

this condo is currently under construction located in an excellent location in the city center, far from chong nonsi bts station, only about 500 meters, and suksa wittaya bts station only approximately 170 meters (still under construction). i am interested in this place due to the shape of the building where most of the buildings are decorated with mirrors. and this place is pet's welcome condo; there is a pet zone here. amazing!!! the 2 bedroom unit that we went to see is decorated in a white tone and modern style. the living area and open kitchen are connected, making it look more spacious. the railing on the balcony is clear glass, not obscuring the view. the bathroom is also quite big. really nice!!!

i've been following up on the news of this project, which should be completed next year. the location is excellent, close to chulalongkorn university that i am studying. so it can get there in less than 20 minutes. this project design is suitable for students like me. there is a co-working space where i can conveniently study online. i also like the saltwater swimming pool on the rooftop with the chao phraya river view. i can relieve the stress after studying hard. the room i am interested in is a one-bedroom, the price is not too high. the room size is large enough to stay alone. i won't feel cramped. besides, the room is well decorated with built-in furniture. i will check my room if i have time.

even though the project is not yet completed, it's considered the most magnificent condo in this area. i have considered investing for a while and think this place well-matched because it is convenient to travel to. it has 1-2 bedrooms and offers a full range of facilities. i think it's worth it, and i have to wait to see how much will be reserved here...

quality condo with spaces for pet lovers

the project is under construction, and one of the quality project located on a potential location in bangkok. it is also equipped with various facilities, including an infinity pool, sky deck & sunset pavilion, fitness room, separate male-female stream room, and the most special part is a pet area. it's impressed me a lot as it will give my beloved dog space to run and play in the future, different from other condos with limitations in raising pets. this project is located in a prime location, close to saphan taksin bts within 1 kilometer of walking distance. if you don't want to walk, you can take taxis or grabs as comfortable as possible. i think i must have book 1 room

a gorgeous condominium under construction in soi sathorn 12, it's not far from the main road and only 600 meters from surasak bts. the location allows convenient transport for cars and public transportation. room types range from 1 to 3 bedrooms with elegant and modern design. the facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and a playground. the price is reasonable without furniture. it is an outstanding condo for investment.

i know i made the right decision this time after visiting many condos. finally, i bought this place in terms of location. easy commute both by private car and public transportation like chong nonsi bts. silom is a famous business area with shops, malls, and many restaurants. the project is elegant and marvelous, with nice furnishing with high-quality furniture. the facilities are various from fitness, swimming pool, theater, reception to an excellent security system. the elevators are access control with a key card and finger scan, which is quite strict. the staff is friendly and professional. i'm so impressed.
