The Siam Oriental Trading Co., Ltd.

The Siam Oriental Trading Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 by Juha Timonen. The first building, Siam Oriental Condominium, was completed in 2007. Today Siam Oriental has completed three more projects; Twins, Garden, and Elegance. By the end of the year 2014 two new buildings - Garden 2 and Elegance 2 - will be completed. Furthermore the construction of the Tropical Garden and Garden 3 is currently ongoing as well as pre-marketing of Plaza and Green Cascade.

During the past 10 years Siam Oriental has become a famous mid-size developer in Pattaya, Thailand. Today Siam Oriental has 6 ready projects (low-rise high-quality condominiums, 2 projects under construction and 1 project in pre-marketing phase. All our projects are located in beautiful Pratamnak Hill, in an ideal location just between the centers of Pattaya and Jomtien.
