Ideas 1606 Company Limited was founded by Prapavadee & Chone Sophonpanich in 2008. We created the VEYLA brand for our real estate endeavors. “Veyla” means “time” in Thai and “a house by the beach” in Sanskrit.

We build low-density residential projects which stand out for their ability to induce relaxation and reconnection with oneself. Our goal is to combine tasteful design and quality construction with the serenity of nature in a location which is peaceful yet in a close proximity to convenience. It is this ability to surprise and delight that has made us successful to Cha Am, Hua Hin. Our journey continues.
